I am very excited about being a part of the Cedar Hill Ninth Grade Center family. I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Primary/Middle Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, my Master’s degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership through Northcentral University. I have had the pleasure of teaching on all grade levels; Elementary, Middle, and High School. I was also previously a Dean of Instruction and an Instructional Coach in Arlington ISD. My experience spans from private, charter, and public school systems.
I have two beautiful children, Aliana, who serves in the US Navy and Josiah who is in middle school. Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and singing. I look forward to an amazing year at the Ninth Grade Center.
