    About the CHISD Performing Arts Center 

    The CHISD Performing Arts Center is primarily an instructional facility providing for the support of the regular educational functions of the Cedar Hill High School. Performing Arts Classes and activities scheduled by the Performing Arts Department and PAC Manager have first priority on the use of the facility.

    Requests for usage outside these areas must be made through the PAC Manager via our online reservation system.

     Please note: This facility is used extensively by the CHISD Fine Arts Department.  If a Fine Arts Organization has the facilities reserved on the PAC Calendar they will receive priority over outside organizations.  

     

    Using the CHISD Performing Arts Center Facility

    All organizations requesting to use the CHISD PAC must abide by the PAC Handbook and follow the proper facilities request form that is located on this site.  Prior to filling out the request form please look at the calendar to ensure your requested dates are available and review the PAC Handbook.  
     
     

    CHISD Performing Arts Center Facility Black Out Dates

    The CHISD PAC will be unavailable for any organization on the following dates: 
     
    -November 18 - 27, 2016 
    -December 16, 2016 - January 21, 2017 
    -March 10 - 19, 2017
    -May 26 - August 19, 2017   
     
    The CHISD PAC will be unavailable for any outside organizations during the normal 7:30am - 4pm school day. 
     
    Reservations for the 2017/18 school year will be accepted beginning on September 1, 2017 and will be placed on the calendar in the order they are received.
